TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using lyrax.lk you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have guardian consent, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• One person per account; impersonation, account selling, and smurfing for entry abuse are prohibited.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

• Tournaments and events on LYRAX are run by organizers (organizations, cafes, or LYRAX itself). Each may publish additional rules; those rules apply alongside these Terms.
• Cheating, match-fixing, exploiting, or unsportsmanlike conduct leads to disqualification and possible bans.
• Prize fulfillment is the responsibility of the listed organizer unless stated otherwise.
• Registration data (team and player names) is displayed publicly in brackets and rosters.

• Cafe and organization listings must be accurate and submitted by an authorized representative.
• Listings are reviewed before approval; we may remove listings that are misleading or inactive.
• Bookings and payments at cafes are agreements between you and the cafe.

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, reviews, images) and grant LYRAX a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Content must not be illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringe others' rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

• No scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service, or attempts to breach platform security.
• No uploading of malware or content you have no right to share.
• No use of the platform for unlawful activity under Sri Lankan law.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYRAX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, organizer conduct, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
