Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We email you a secure reset link that is valid for a limited time.

Yes — open your Dashboard and edit your profile. Username changes may be limited to prevent impersonation during active tournaments.

Browse the Tournaments page, open a tournament with open registration, and click Register. Team tournaments ask you to register a team and invite players; solo tournaments register you directly.

Many are free. Paid tournaments clearly show an entry fee before you register, along with the prize pool and the organizer responsible for it.

Each tournament page shows the bracket, match schedule, and live status once the organizer starts the tournament. Registered players also get notifications.

An organization (clan) is a competitive group with a profile, members, and stats — it can run multiple teams. A team is a roster created for a specific game or tournament.

Go to Organizations → Register, fill in your organization details, and submit. Listings are reviewed by admins before they appear publicly.

Team captains invite players by email or username. Invitees get an email and an in-app notification, and can accept or decline from their dashboard.

Sign in with a player account and use Gaming Cafes → Register Your Cafe. After admin approval, your cafe appears publicly and you can manage rates, bookings, and inventory in the Cafe Panel.

Yes — cafe pages that have booking enabled let you pick a station type and time slot. The cafe confirms your booking.

Events bundle tournaments, meetups, LAN parties, and broadcasts under one banner — often with their own prize pools, sponsors, and raffles run by the organizer.

Some events run raffles with live broadcast draws. Watch the event page when the raffle status shows live to follow the draw in real time.

Use the contact form with the subject "Report a problem", or open a support conversation from your dashboard. Reports are reviewed by platform admins; cheating leads to disqualification and possible bans.

Accounts require users to be 16+ or have guardian consent. Individual tournaments may set their own age requirements.
